Seminar Terms and Conditions
Registrations are limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Confirmation of your registration will be e-mailed to you within 48-hours of receiving your form. The registration fee includes a binder with comprehensive course notes and sample data, plus light refreshments for morning tea at the seminar.
Payment in full must be made 14 days prior to the first day of the seminar. Due to the limited places at the seminars we cannot confirm your space until we have received payment. Payment can be made by Direct Deposit or Credit Card.

The registration deadline for each seminar is, preferably, 14 days prior to the start of the seminar. Please make note of the dates for your preferred seminar to ensure you do not miss out. Last minute registrations and payments will be taken subject to availability.
Seminar & Venue Details
Venue details and other seminar information will be e-mailed within 48-hours of receiving your registration.
We understand that from time to time things come up that might prevent you from attending a workshop or seminar for which you have registered. Should you find yourself in this situation, please contact us to arrange one of the following options:
Send a substitute from your organisation to attend in your place. Please notify us of the new attendee’s name and contact details prior to the seminar.
Transfer your registration to another seminar to be held within one year of your original seminar date. You will need to advise us of the new seminar date and location to enable us to confirm your registration.
Cancellations received more than 21 days prior to the seminar are entitled to a full refund. Cancellations received between 21 and 3 days prior to the seminar, are entitled to a 50% refund. However, if you cancel less than three days prior to the seminar you will not be eligible for any refund.
If you are unable to attend a seminar, and do not notify Workplace Access & Safety P/L prior to the event, you will be charged the full registration fee.
Seminars and workshops may be cancelled or postponed due to low registration, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such an event, the registrants will be notified as soon as possible, and seminar fees fully refunded, credited or transferred to another seminar as soon as possible.
Workplace Access & Safety P/L is not liable for any costs or charges incurred in the event that any seminar is cancelled or postponed due to low registration numbers or unforeseen circumstances. This includes charges imposed by travel agencies, rental car companies, airlines, shuttle services, and/or hotels. If you need to travel to attend any seminar, we suggest that you talk to your travel agent about the purchase of travel insurance as protection against cancellations, postponements and emergencies.
